Keep in contact with me and provide feedback or acknowledgement every time I send you an update
You ensure that you are above 18 and have enough funds to purchase digital goods.
WILL NOT file for PayPal disputes and chargebacks after product is received.
WILL agree to contacting me first for refunds and corrections on your commission.
WILL NOT claim, take or modify my work.
Payments are only made through invoice via PayPal. (Except Emotes through Fiverr/Kofi).
Deadlines
The commission is considered done once the final work has been delivered and client has given approval or if the client hasn’t replied within 48 hours.
A commission can last from 1 week long to 6 months long or more depending on order. Emotes usually get done in a day to three weeks. Live2D Bases take 3 months to 12 months. If you cannot wait that long DONT order and refund!
Commissions must be paid in full before product is finished, preferably 90 days before product is sent to avoid scamming.
Commissions will be delivered WITHIN 4 months of me starting the commission. This DOESNT apply to emotes as I go through Fiverr/Kofi.
If I can not finish in given timeline I will ask for an extension. If customer does not want to wait, they will have the option to cancel order and get a refund depending on what was not completed.
Refund Policy
Cancelling a order when it is 50-90% done will only get you a 50% refund due to the work I have already put in it.
If cancelling order when 30-49% done, you will receive 75% refund.
If cancelling order when 10-29% done, you will get 90% refund.
You are only eligible for a full refund if I have NOT gotten to 10% on the project! Remember, you are paying for my time and the product!
Revisions, Updates, and Client Feedback
Test Models
The client will be sent test models 3 times during the commission process, when the following have already been rigged: (a) eye blinking and mouth, (b) head angles (without physics), and when the rigging is almost done.
When are revisions free?
The client is encouraged to provide feedback during the commission process! During the commission processing, minor revisions are allowed, such as a different color or eye shape. As long as I ask for feedback from the client, the client could still ask for minor revisions and point out mistakes in rigging. I, the artist, will make sure to inform the client if their free revisions are almost up. Once the client have used all of their free revisions, the artist shall propose a price for additional revisions.
Major revisions before and after delivering the completed work are not free!Major revisions include:
-additional animations
-additional expressions
-changing animations
-change of more than 10% of the model's layers.
Adding features such as scars, makeup, etc will cost extra!The client is expected to check for mistakes in rigging such as clipping, displacement of parts, and any general mistakes in rigging that are obvious and greatly lowers the quality of the model.
The client should also provide all of their feedback within 48 hours of receiving an update from the artist. This is to help save time. If there is no response, the artist will halt production until they receive an answer. __==If there is no answer after a month, the artist is free to do whatever with the model, this includes reselling it, scrapping it, etc. and the order will be nulled with no refund available.__==The client is not allowed to:
-force the artist to rig or draw a certain style
-request for changes that are out of control of the artist (ex. asking for changes in illustration when you have availed for a rigging-only service)
-being excessively nit picky
Intellectual Property and Commercial Use
Client
-The client should give credit to the artist in their social media biographies and Twitch and/or YouTube channel descriptions.
-The client can NOT use Live2D Bases for Vtubing.
-If the artist was the one who had illustrated and/or designed the model, the client is not allowed to use the Live2D illustration for merchandise. An additional fee will be charged in order to be granted this specific right.
-Once given the file, the client is NOT allowed to redistribute the model files or post it in the public domain. The client is not allowed to send the model files to other people.
-The client is NOT allowed to take parts of the model, modify it, and/or reuse it for personal and commercial purposes.Artist
-The artist has the right to use the work for their portfolio and promotion of commissions.
-If the artist has illustrated and rigged the model, they have the right to resale. This is applicable in the event that the client does not desire to use the model, has filed a chargeback, is a Live2D Base or if the client decided to not continue with the commission in the middle of the process. The artist also has the right to modify the model in order to make it fit for reselling.
-The artist is NOT allowed to reuse textures drawn by another artist.
